At Aspect I built the GCP version of our Workflows product, a self-hosted bazel CI solution with optimized runners, remote caching, and RBE.

I'm the author and maintainer of the Publish to BCR release automation for the Bazel Central Registry and diff.bzl. I was an early contributor to bazel-lib and rules_js among other Aspect rulesets.
